Pumptrack will be held in Bike Park Ljubljana on Saturday evening, under lights. Full schedule here.
Entry cost 10 EUR. (Free for all FMB, Wildcard and Bikehanic Big Air competitors)
Pump Track rules:
- The competition is held in men’s categories (listed below) and a combined women’s category. In each category, the first three competitors will step on the podium.
- All competitors compete in one qualifying run.
- The fastest 32 competitors from the qualifications qualify for the final. In the event of fewer than 24 registered competitors, 16 competitors will qualify for the final.
- The competitor with the best qualifying time always starts on the left track.
- Two victories are needed to win the finals. In the event of a tie (both riders with one victory), an additional race is run, the winner advances to the next round.
- The competition is based on the principle of “fair play”. The organizer has the right to disqualify a competitor. The competition is also allowed with a BMX bike.
- Fully working bike and certified helmet are mandatory for participation on the pump track. The organizer reserves the right to prevent the start in the event of a tie.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the competition system and merge categories in the event of a lower number of applications or other unforeseen circumstances.
